Reused Remade - circular textiles for a better world
Reused Remade

Turning waste into something worth carrying

Reused Remade transforms discarded hotel textiles into high-quality, reusable tote bags. Every bag tells a story of circular design — giving new life to materials that would otherwise end up in landfill or incineration.

The impact of choosing reusable over single-use

Why It Matters

Every single-use plastic bag and every virgin textile bag avoided is a small victory for the planet. With a Reused Remade textile bag, your customers carry a product with a verified, transparent story — from hotel laundry room to urban space — remade for a circular lifestyle.

The Circular Approach

Instead of virgin materials, we use what already exists. Hotel textiles are collected, sorted, printed on, and transformed into new products — closing the loop on textile waste.

Circular Solution

80% Less CO2

Textile Service Partners

Prolong Life, Minimize Waste

Every bag saves approximately 167 grams of textile from downcycling or incernation, resulting in 80% less carbon footprint than a virgin textile bag, and proves that circular design is both functional and beautiful.

How It Works

1

Upcycled Textile Collection

Used hotel bed linens (sheets, towels) are collected from partners in Sweden and Finland instead of being downcycled, recycled or incinerated.

2

Sorting & Processing

Hotel bed linens are sorted by sizes. They are then cut in stacks of 100 layers with precise patterns and tools to minimize waste and maximize fabric use.

3

Yarn Production & Zero Waste

Production waste is shredded and spun into recycled yarn, which is reused in production.

4

Printing

Bags are screen printed using water-based, GOTS-compliant inks for durability and many wash cycles.

5

Make & Trim

The bags are sewn and assembled in specialized production steps.

6

DPP Activation & Packaging

Each bag is tagged with RFID/NFC/QR, linking to its Digital Product Passport with traceability and impact data. The product is then ironed, folded, packaged and labelled.

7

End of Life

Worn-out bags can be repurposed as cleaning cloths, closing the loop. And finally sorted as textile waste for recycling.
